Two J’s Metalwork are very pleased to now be an accredited CHAS contractor.
ISO 9001 2015
Scope confirmed as complying with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 for fabrication and installation of metal structures for both commercial, domestic and private customers in accordance with client specifications.
Welding Certificate
In order to produce high quality, execution class 3 steelwork, our welding has to be of a quality to meet the required standard. This certificate represents our welding competence.
EC Certificate
EC Certification of Factory Production Control is issued by the SCCS and helps to maintain high standards of steelwork production
Declaration of performance to CE Marking
The CE Marking is a quality management standard applied to conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards. Our Declaration of Performance states our compliance with this standard.
Tech Inspections Ltd
Tech Inspections act as Two J’s Metalwork’s responsible welding coordinator (RWC). Acting as an RWC, Tech Inspections are legally contracted to implement a checking process of which a percentage of welds will be tested using methods such as magnetic particle inspection (MPI) to ensure weld purities therefore confirming only accurate, high quality steelwork leaves Two J’s premises.
SCCS
SCCS provides a Quality Management Systems certification service for steelwork contracting organisations.
